Welcome, I’m Josephine Wells a Yoga Teacher based in Great Mongeham, Deal, Kent and Online.

I love to share my love of yoga and help you to start your yoga journey too. I mostly focus on the physical aspect of yoga but as I go through my own journey I sometimes like to share other elements such as different breathing and meditation techniques as well as a little history behind it as well.
