Hire The Hall

The Eastry Village Main Hall can be booked between the hours of 8am-11pm Monday-Friday and must be vacated at 11.45pm.

Please first check the hall calendar to ensure that your slot is available before completing the booking form below.

The current rate for hall booking is £14 per hour and shortest period of hall hire is 1 hour or can be booked up to a full day (£450). Hall hire time must include time to set up and clear down.

Hire of the main hall gives your automatic use of the kitchen, main hall, stage, back lobby area, PA system and projector as needed.

A deposit is required for all room bookings which varies between £50-£500 depending on the kind of hire/booking, the exact cost of the deposit is determined by the booking manager follow the booking application and booking requires adherence the hall booking terms and conditions.

The booker is responsible for leaving the hall clean and tidy as found, we do provide brooms, mops, dustpan and brush and cleaning items, all rubbish from their hire must be removed by the booker, if any additional cleaning is needed or if rubbish is left after their hire, a charge will be deducted from the booking deposit to cover this.

You are able to book the hall 18 months in advance.

If you are looking to book a recurring meeting (ie a weekly event) please select the date of the first event, you can select the recurrence during the booking process.
