Eastry Village Hall Charitable Trust has recently received a substantial offer for the building and surrounding site on the High Street. The committee are agreed to investigate alternative sites for a new hall on the proviso that the front car parking area remains free to use for short term shoppers in the village. It is the intention that there should be minimal disruption to any regular hall hirers or the facilities offered.

Further updates will appear on this page as the process progresses. A public meeting will be advertised on here and around the village with a minimum of 14 days’ notice should a suitable site be found.
