Eastry Village Hall is seeking a dedicated Secretary to join our friendly committee.

Commitment: Part-time, voluntary (approx. 4-6 hours per month)

About the Role: As Secretary, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the Village Hall by: – Preparing and circulating agendas and minutes for committee meetings – Managing correspondence and maintaining records – Liaising with committee members and local organisations?

Ideal Candidate: – Excellent organisational and communication skills – Confident with email and basic document handling – Able to attend committee meetings (usually evenings and every other month) – Enthusiastic about supporting the local community
